Court Investigations

We help make the world a better place.

Court Investigations are completed in Care and Protection matters which typically come before the juvenile courts in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. As a requirement of law, a court investigator is appointed to serve as a neutral fact finder, essentially serving as the Judge's eyes and ears and the family's voice to the court.

For eleven years, Patricia Brady has been appointed to serve as a court investigator in Middlesex Juvenile Court, Norfolk Juvenile Court and in Suffolk County Juvenile Court.

For more information about this service please contact Ms. Brady directly.
