We Provide

• Intake provided for each parent or caregiver
• Intake process involving contact with relevante 3rd parties (up to 3 contacts with each member of the family.)
• Six Sessions of Parent Coaching (two hour sessions)
• Individual meeting with each parent
• Individual meeting with children age 7 and older
• Discharge planning and Next Steps
• Follow-up counseling
