How It Works
Intake Requirements:
Both parties must complete a separate intake in person.
Services:
On-Site Educational Evaluation: This is conducted within the Center location.
Off-Site Educational Evaluation: This is conducted in another location.
Availability:
We offer Independent Educational Evaluation throughout the week including week nights and weekends. From more information call our office.
Fees:
Fee depends on time, location, duration and specific needs of your family. Fee will be determined after intake is completed.
